Available methods and authorization

Only the payment options displayed in the current checkout are offered for that purchase. Order processing begins after successful payment authorization; submitting a form alone does not establish that authorization.

Verification and billing

Provide accurate billing information so the payment service can evaluate the transaction. A provider may authorize a payment, review it, decline it, or request additional verification. High-risk, unfinished, or unverifiable transactions may be held for review or cancelled.

Card information and payment questions

We do not save complete bank-card numbers in these pages. The issuing bank is usually best placed to explain failed payments, declines, chargebacks, disputes, authorization holds, or exchange-rate differences. Contact us about the related order without sending full card details.

Approved refunds

Refunds that have been approved normally go back through the original payment method under the Refund Policy.
