Returns and exchanges

We accept both defective and non-defective goods for return by mail and accept exchanges. Begin your request within 30 days after delivery. Merchandise must be new, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Reasons covered

Non-defective returns include changing your mind, personal preferences, or selecting the wrong item. Damage, defects, a mistaken shipment, missing pieces, or a material difference from the description also qualify for assistance. An exchange can be arranged subject to the stock available when the request is handled.

Ask before sending

Give us your order number, checkout email, and an explanation of the request. For damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing items, provide photos or video showing the product and package. Wait for authorization and mailing instructions before returning anything.

Labels, fees, and reimbursement

A free return label is included in the package for authorized mailed returns. There is no restocking fee. After a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 10 days; your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
