Order preparation and delivery

This policy covers orders placed through this website for eligible United States destinations. Normal preparation takes approximately 1–2 business days before dispatch; estimated carrier transit then takes 3–5 business days. Neither period is a delivery guarantee.

Charges and destination details

Shipping services, charges, and any free-shipping offer are determined at checkout. Before paying, check the street address, apartment or unit, postal code, email, and telephone number for accuracy. Destination or product restrictions can prevent a shipping option from being offered.

Following your parcel

A tracking notice is provided when shipment information becomes available, and later scans depend on the carrier. Weather, holidays, congestion, and address corrections may extend the journey. For a late or apparently lost parcel, send the order number, checkout email, and tracking number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Delivered notices and damage

If tracking says delivered but the parcel cannot be found, check the delivery location and household recipients, then contact us promptly. Report transit damage with photographs or video of both the contents and packaging, retaining them during review. We assess delivery concerns and explain the next steps without promising an investigation deadline.
